Brewer and GrowNYC Executive Director Marcel van Ooyen marked the return of the 1 Centre Street “Fresh Foodbox” program to the archway outside the Municipal Building by honoring the volunteers who pack the program’s fresh food bags. The program operates year-round, but is housed within the Municipal Building during the winter.
