  • Type(s) of record(s) requested
  • Time period to be searched
  • Relevant details that reasonably describe the records sought.

Denials or partial denials of FOIL requests may be appealed to the Agency Appeals Officer, Tomi Vest, and submitted to tomivest@manhattanbp.nyc.gov.
