Current list of COVID-19 testing sites in Manhattan.

The following is a list of testing sites for both swab testing (for those who suspect they are infected) and antibody testing (for those who believe they have already recovered from the virus) in Manhattan. All sites are swab testing sites and available by appointment only, unless otherwise noted. Last updated: 6/11/2020

The Testing Project, a public health advocacy group, has created a list of all the free testing sites in Manhattan (Google Doc). The City and State refer people to this map tool from Castlight Health.

Pop-up sites, operating from June 8 – 12.

  • First Corinthian Baptist Church. 1912 Adam Clayton Powell Blvd. Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. To make an appointment, call (833) 422-7369.
  • Iglesia La Puerta Estrecha. 161 Sherman Ave. Monday – Friday, 9 am – 1 pm. To make an appointment, call (833) 422-7369.
  • Medical Practice of Luisa Perez, 145 West 96th St. Monday – Friday, 9 am -1 pm. To make an appointment, call (833) 422-7369.

Pop-up sites, operating from June 15 – 19.

  • Little Sisters of the Assumption Family Health Service. 475 East 115th Street. Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. To make an appointment, call (833) 422-7369.

New York State, in partnership with AdvantageCare Physicians, has opened two new testing sites in Manhattan specifically for use by New Yorkers involved in the recent protests against police brutality:

  • AdvantageCare Physicians Harlem Office (215 West 125th St.) To schedule an appointment, call (866) 394-2660.

  • AdvantageCare Physicians Upper East Side Office (215 East 95th St.) To schedule an appointment, call (866) 394-2660.

Fixed sites:

  • Riverside Church, 91 Claremont Ave. T, W, Th 9 am – 5 pm. No appointment necessary. Open until July 11.
  • Mosaic Preparatory Academy, 141 East 111th Street. Appointment information pending.
  • H&H at Saint Nicholas Houses, 218 West 127 St. The site takes walk-ins, but NYCHA residents take priority. Call (844) NYC-4NYC for more information.

  • Abyssinian Baptist Church (both swab and antibody testing), 132 West 138 St. Call (833) 422-7369 to make an appointment.
