Current list of COVID-19 testing sites in Manhattan.

The following is a list of testing sites for both swab testing (for those who suspect they are infected) and antibody testing (for those who believe they have already recovered from the virus) in Manhattan. All sites are swab testing sites and available by appointment only, unless otherwise noted. Last updated: 5/27/2020

NOTE: The State has released an online map tool to help find your nearest COVID-19 testing center, which includes those in the list below as well as urgent care centers.

Pop-up sites, operating from June 1 – 5.

  • St Matthew’s Baptist Church, 43 Macombs Place. Monday – Friday, 11 am – 7 pm. To make an appointment, call (833) 422-7369.
  • Mother AME Zion Church, 140-148 West 137th Street. Monday – Friday, 11 am – 7 pm. To make an appointment, call (833) 422-7369.

Fixed sites:

  • Mosaic Preparatory Academy, 141 East 111th Street. Appointment information pending.

  • H&H at Saint Nicholas Houses, 218 West 127 St. The site takes walk-ins, but NYCHA residents take priority. Call (844) NYC-4NYC for more information.

  • Abyssinian Baptist Church (both swab and antibody testing), 132 West 138 St. Call (833) 422-7369 to make an appointment.

  • Convent Avenue Baptist Church, 420 West 145 St. (833) 422-7369.

  • Mount Neboh Baptist Church, 1883 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd. (833) 422-7369.

  • Manhattanville Renaissance Health Center (antibody testing only), 21 Old Broadway. Make an appointment online here; those without internet access can call (888) 279-0967.
