Newly sworn-in Manhattan Borough President Brad Hoylman-Sigal delivers his inaugural address, outlining a vision for a more affordable, equitable, and livable Manhattan. A New Vision for Manhattan

Manhattan is at an inflection point: skyrocketing rents, small businesses shuttering, immigrants afraid to pick their kids up from schools, artists being priced out of the borough. Sticking with the status quo won’t help our neighbors, which is why BP Hoylman-Sigal’s office is helping to connect immigrants with vital resources, build and protect affordable housing, support small businesses, and expand access to arts and culture by injecting tens of millions of public and private dollars into local creative projects.
