Join Manhattan Community Board 2 and New York University for an afternoon at one of the city’s largest free children’s events on Halloween Day!

The parade will assemble at the arch in Washington Square Park on Thursday, October 31st, at 3:00 PM, and will end at LaGuardia Place between Washington Square South and West 3rd Street where children and families can enjoy live entertainment, carnival rides, trick-or-treat giveaways, and more! Fairgrounds open at 3:30 PM.
