Lincoln Square BID’s FREE weekly summer concert series showcases electric jazz quartet, Plus refreshments from Café Paradiso and Chair-y Yoga demonstration by West Side Y!

 

WHO:            Neil Alexander and Mr. Gone — performing live in summer jazz concert series

Café Paradiso — offering affordably delicious refreshments (under $5/ea.)

West Side YMCA — demonstrating “Chair-y Yoga” (between performance sets)

 

WHAT:          Neil Alexander and Mr. Gone, an exciting electric-forward, jazz quartet featuring the renowned pianist, with saxophonist Peter Furlan, bassist Ratzo Harris, and drummer Richie Morales performing live in Dante Park, as part of the Lincoln Square BID’s free summer concert series, Jazz Sensations! Audiences can unwind to original music by jazz masters, while enjoying refreshments from Café Paradiso. During the music set break, the West Side YMCA will give a participatory Chair-Y Yoga demonstration.

 

The 90-minute outdoor jazz concert series is open to the public for free and held every Wednesday from Noon to 1:30 PM in Dante Park. This year’s series runs through August 30, 2023, and will continue to feature exciting talent, delicious treats from neighborhood restaurants, educational and wellness demonstrations, and plenty of community fun!
