2025 Festival Structure

The NYC Multicultural Festival this year will be centered on three components:

The Opening Ceremony (usually held at Jackie Robinson Park bandshell) and Closing Ceremony (usually held at St Nicholas Avenue between 141-145 Street) are day-long celebrations with music stages, international food stands, and other cultural partners/vendors

Partner Information

The NYC Multicultural Festival Crawl is a two-week period where partners will host events throughout the five boroughs for attendees to sign up for a snapshot of New York City’s cultural diversity.

The two-week Inaugural NYC Multicultural Festival Crawl will see partners across New York City host cultural events showcasing the neighborhoods and the city’s diversity 3 we’d love for you to be a partner!

The NYC Multicultural Festival Crawl will feature diverse cultures, events, food and drinks. Potential partners could include musical acts, dance troupes, culinary experiences, fashion and other craft demonstrations, educational opportunities (e.g., dance lessons), and nighttime events (e.g., nightclubs that serve as venues for approved cultural activities). NYACE will neither charge nor pay partners for participation.

  1. Submit your Event!
    Submit your event for approval by going to our website and clicking on “NYCMF Crawl Submission”
  2. Partner Selection
    A panel will review applications and approve submissions according to our guidelines.
  3. Partner Applications for Festival Days (June 7th or June 21st)
    Apply Here. Please submit by Monday, April 30, 2025.
  4. Event Submission Cutoff Date: May 16th, 2025
    Festival partners and schedules finalized and advertised. Marketing initiatives between NYACE and the Partners will occur in the lead-up to the festival.
  5. Vendors, Government, Activity Specialists, & Social Service agencies Apply
    Showcase your products and services to thousands of New Yorkers. Take advantage of Early Bird benefits!

Opening Ceremony (June 7th) usually held in Jackie Robinson Park Bandshell, Harlem, NY. Visit website for locations throughout Festival Crawl (June 8th - 20th). Closing Ceremony (June 21st) usually held on St. Nicholas Avenue between 141st and 145th Streets.
