Printing in Distemper: Woodblock Workshop

Don’t miss the hands-on woodblock workshop led by Andrew Raftery on Wednesday, November 12, at 2:30 pm and 5:30 pm. Andrew will be guiding participants through the technique of distemper printing. You’ll learn how to mix colors, coat grounds, and create stamped patterns using small wood blocks provided by the instructor, along with custom foam stamps made during the class. Experimentation and collaboration are encouraged. Don’t forget to bring an apron; we will be working with water-soluble paint. Secure your spot.
