Use the linked form to submit students’ entries to the 2024 New York City Public Schools Disability Pride Visual Arts Contest. The theme for the Disability Pride Visual Arts Contest is: Nothing About Us Without Us.
The words, Nothing About Us Without Us were adopted by the Disabilities Rights movement to convey the idea that policies should not be decided by any representative without the full and direct participation of members of the group(s) affected by that policy. Our hope is that students will share their visual representation of this annual theme and the critical relevance of this message to our current context.
The first section of the form records contact information, while the second section allows you to submit the work itself. *NYCPS staff are invited to complete this form on behalf of students who need support with utilizing the submission form.
