Fighting our Housing Crisis

Manhattan and New York City are facing a full-blown affordability crisis – arguably the worst in our city’s history. Low and middle-income New Yorkers are getting priced out of their homes, and the rent continues to rise. We must dramatically increase the pace at which we create new housing, especially affordable housing, so that future generations can afford to live in the neighborhoods they grew up.
